How to delete pages from a PDF
Scans pick up blank backs, duplicate pages, and cover sheets you don't want to send. Deleting them leaves a clean document with the pages in the same order, minus the junk.
Open Remove PagesStep by step
- Open the Remove Pages tool and drop your PDF in.
- Select the pages you want gone — single pages or ranges.
- Download the trimmed PDF with only the pages you kept.
Delete pages vs. extract pages
Removing pages keeps everything except what you select — best when you're throwing away a few unwanted pages. Extracting does the opposite: it keeps only what you pick.
If you want a short pull from a long document, the Extract Pages tool is the quicker way round.
Check the page numbers first
Note the exact pages to remove before you start, especially in a long file — it's easy to delete page 12 when you meant 21.
The remaining pages keep their original order, so the result reads exactly as before minus the gaps.
